Michael Tsfasman honoured with Ordre des Palmes Académiques

The French Ministry of National Education honoured Michael Tsfasman with the Order of Academic Palms in the grade of Chevalier (Knight).
Ordre des Palmes Académiques is the oldest French civil distinction established in 1808 by a decree of Emperor Napoleon I. The honour is awarded to the representatives of French academic environments, as well as individuals who have made substantial contributions to the enrichment of the French culture.
